We understand that unforeseen events occur that may cause a need to cancel an appointment. In our commitment to provide an outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with a 6 hour notice. This way, we will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a fee.
As a courtesy, we will send you a whatsapp reminder before your appointment. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
We will always try our best to accommodate you! Things happen, we understand! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our day and delaying us for the other scheduled appointments. For this reason, we have set a few general rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period. If unable to arrive on time, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, ALWAYS CALL if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you and the rest of the appointments into our day.

Brow Henna is a tint that lasts up to 2 weeks on the skin and 5-6 on the hair. It lasts longer than tint and gives a more defined shape. The shades are customizable for your brow as well as the shape you desire. We will map out the brows to find the best shape that suits your facial structure and then any tweaking you would like to do to that shape are more than welcome too.
Cannot be pregnant or nursing
Must not have tinted brows in the past 2 months
Cannot have Eczema in or around brow area
Extensions are an amazing way to even further enhance your natural beauty. Classic lashes give a more natural look where one lash extension is placed on one individual natural lash by a strand by strand process. In the event should the customer require us to remove the entire lash extension , there will be a 24 hour waiting period before we can safely remove them as the adhesive may cause an allergic reaction to the eyes as they have not settled or dried yet. Customers who require a refill will be charged in accordance to our refill prices within our touch up window of up to 3 weeks.
In order for your appointment to be a fill, you must have at least 40% of the original set left. If there is at least 40% left, it will be treated as a fill. Anything less than that will result in a full set, and a full set price. We schedule out the correct times for each service; if less than 40% is there, you may have to reschedule for a full set.
Lash Lifting and tinting is a great alternative to extensions. Lifting is a low maintenance service that gives a natural curl to the lashes that last 6-8 weeks. A Lash Tint is a vegetable based dye that tints the lashes to a beautiful black color. These options are great for someone who wants something very natural or no upkeep from the extensions. You can pair these services together or do just the lift or just the tint. Please come to the appointment with no eye makeup on. Be aware to laying down for 1.5 hours depending on the service that is chosen
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.
