❌NO Curling of lashes and NO mascara on that day.If you are late for more than 10 mins, we might not be able to fulfill your request fully due to shortage of time.Your session migjt be shortened and end on time to be fair for the next appointment customer. Please make sure to come on time.Please understand that punctuality is very important in order for you to enjoy a pleasant service with us .
There will strictly be no refunds made for all services and packages purchased. Refunds will not be made after the treatment has been completed and payment has been done by the customer but we do offer case by case basis free touch up sessions should there be a need to as we strive to offer the best possible customer satisfaction and after sales service.
Removal Of MakeUp
Please remove eye make-up (Mascara/ eyelash curler/false lashes) before your visit.
If you cannot remove beforehand, please come 10-15minutes before your allocated appointment time to remove.
If you come at the dot to remove your makeup, you might lose some of your appointment time slot and we might not be able to fulfill your request fully due to shortage of time.
Appointment will still end on time despite you being late to be fair to next appointment customer.
Thus, is highly recommended to come for your appointment without any mascara.
Not Suitable for Lash Extensions / Lash Lift
Customers with Atopic Dermatitis, Skin Allergies, or any other allergies
Swollen Eyelids, Conjunctivitis, or any eye diseases or EyeLash Perming done recently in 2 months.
Recent Cosmetic surgery (e.g. lasik, eye lid surgery, eyeliner tattoo etc) done less than 2 months.
(The wounds around the eyes area can be quite sensitive during this period.)
If any of the following above applies to you, you are Not Suitable for Lash services.
If your eyes get dry easily from wearing contact lens, Please bring your contact lens case & solution, and remove them before the service
Cancellation, rescheduling and missed appointments
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via email/text message. Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge but and we hope there will be no abuse of the system
Please arrive early. Every appointment has been allocated a time slot especially for the needs of a guest and we would like you to get the most of your time. If it is your first visit, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment in order to complete your consultation form and remove make up without cutting into your appointment time.
For returning guests please arrive at least 5-10 minutes earlier to get ready. If you have a make up on, please allow yourself extra 10 minutes to remove all make up. Being unable to arrive early with make up on, we will have to deduct make up removal time from treatment time. Arriving late will result having less time for your treatment and we cannot guarantee being able to give you the full service.
