TLC Eyeliner Embroidery

Our eyes are the focal point of our faces, and its right that we should want to highlight them with a beautifully applied outline. But, for many women, eyeliner application can be a tiresome ritual day in, day out. What started out as a lovingly applied, perfect enhancement will have started to slip by lunchtime, spoiling all our hard work for the rest of the day.

With permanent eyeliner, you can look your best from the moment you open your eyes. An inconspicuous, natural enhancement on your top lids will make your eyes pop and sparkle, or if you prefer a more made-up look, a thicker application can wave goodbye to wobbly lines for good.

What you need to know about eyeliner embroidery

All our treatments are conducted by fully qualified therapists. They are designed to be pain free so you won’t need to take lots of time off work, in fact most of our clients return to work the same day. The embroidery takes a few days to fully heal and for the pigment to settle into its permanent colour, but other than this you’re good to go!

Semi permanent eyeliner is particularly good for people who struggle with sensitive skin, or those who cannot use standard makeup products for any reason. For those who play sports, swim or do other activities that would normally cause makeup to run, this treatment is a must have

Semi-permanent eyeliner tattoos are fast becoming a high demand beauty treatment, saving thousands of women time and effort every day when they want to look their best. Applying your own eyeliner can be tricky, especially through the bleary haze of the early morning rush. By choosing a semi-permanent shaded eyeliner treatment, you can enjoy looking your best from the moment you open your eyes.

The eyeliner or lash line procedure is more psychologically scary to most clients than anything else. The discomfort is relative as everyone has a different level of sensitivity. An pre-numbing anesthetic is applied to the eyelids for numbing prior and during the procedure. Every effort is made to ensure you remain comfortable for the duration of the procedure.

There will be swelling. The swelling may last up to 48 hours. The color will appear darker the first week. This will gradually lighten during the complete healing process. No need to go into hiding 🙂

It is normal to experience minimal swelling and tenderness immediately following your procedure. This usually subsides within a few hours. The first week following your treatment, the pigment will appear much darker than how it will appear once it has healed. Around the 1st or 2nd week post procedure, the skin naturally exfoliates and sheds. During weeks 4-8 when the skin completes healing, you will see the pigment become more visible. An Enhancement Session visit approximately 8-12 weeks after your first initial appointment is necessary in order to achieve that richness of color, achieve symmetry, and density in the shape.

Permanent eyeliner is a cosmetic tattoo. The pigment will fade over time and we recommend Touch-Up to keep them looking their best. There is no guarantee in how long it lasts as each individual has very different skin and lifestyle.

Please note that final results cannot be guaranteed as each unique skin type will hold pigments differently and break down at different rates. We will re-evaluate how your skin has received the pigment at your touch-up appointment and make any changes. Two appointments are recommended initially. Each of these appointments being 6-12 weeks apart. At your Complimentary Enhancement Session, we will assess the color retention and make any adjustments necessary. Everyone heals differently and at different rates. If your eyeliner tattooo does not heal perfectly the first time, do not worry!  We can always go make necessary adjustments at your next appointment. 🙂

Touch up appointments are optional. We suggest that if you want to maintain your eyeliner so that it always looks its best, plan on scheduling a touch up once every two years.
