No. There is no monthly rental or upfront setup fee. TLC takes a share of each completed treatment.
TLC collects payment from your client and PayNows your share to you on the same day after the treatment is completed.

Yes. TLC provides and stocks the aftercare products, so you do not need to buy or keep inventory. You can earn a commission on products sold to your clients.

Terms & Conditions
By accepting a booking and providing services at The Lash Chapter, you agree to follow the Freelancer Terms & Conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before your first appointment.
The freelancer may perform only lash, brow and lip treatments approved by TLC. Massages, injectables, medical procedures and doctor services are strictly prohibited. TLC may refuse any treatment that falls outside the approved scope.

The freelancer must bring their own treatment tools, materials and consumables, except items TLC expressly agrees to provide. The freelancer is responsible for ensuring that everything they use is suitable, clean, in date and properly stored.
Before each treatment, the freelancer must assess the client’s suitability, ask about relevant allergies and contraindications, explain the treatment and aftercare, and obtain the client’s informed consent. The freelancer must not proceed where a treatment may be unsafe.
The freelancer must follow TLC’s hygiene and salon rules, clean the treatment area after each appointment, and dispose of used materials properly. Any injury, adverse reaction, spill or other incident must be reported to TLC immediately.
All appointments must be confirmed with TLC in advance and are subject to space availability. The freelancer may use the assigned treatment area only during the confirmed booking time and may not give access to another person or substitute another therapist without TLC’s written approval.
The treatment price and payment method must be agreed before the appointment. TLC will collect all client payments for treatments performed under this arrangement. The freelancer must not collect separate treatment payments or offer unapproved discounts or packages at TLC.
The freelancer must notify TLC promptly of any complaint, refund request or payment dispute and must not promise a refund on TLC’s behalf. TLC and the freelancer will review the treatment record and circumstances together. Any adjustment to the freelancer’s payout arising from a refund or chargeback will be handled according to the signed freelancer agreement.
The freelancer must use TLC’s premises and equipment with reasonable care and report any damage immediately. Responsibility for damage caused by the freelancer or their client will be assessed under the signed freelancer agreement.
The freelancer operates their own business and is responsible for their own tax, insurance and professional obligations. This arrangement does not give the freelancer authority to make commitments, issue refunds or enter contracts on TLC’s behalf.
Either party may end the arrangement by giving written notice as set out in the signed agreement. TLC may suspend new bookings immediately where there is a safety concern, serious hygiene breach, prohibited treatment or misuse of client information, while the matter is reviewed.
